The Weigh-In

Starting Weight: 168.4lb.
Week 1: 165.8lb.
Gain/Loss: Loss - 2.6lb.
Comments: Not bad for only walking around the neighborhood twice this week and keeping track of points. I can't wait to see the pounds melt off when I get my booty back in the gym.
